About Kathleen Flaherty

Kathleen is the founder of K21 and has over 25 years of experience in strategic consulting, brand/talent management, publicity and marketing across entertainment, technology, venture capital and fashion. Prior to launching K21, she worked at PMK-BNC, an entertainment marketing and PR firm in Los Angeles where she bridged the gap between brands and the world of entertainment and popular culture by developing and managing initiatives for celebrities and brands including Justin Timberlake, Bono/RED, Cadillac, Kate Hudson, Jordan/Nike, Jamie Foxx, Moët & Chandon, Anthony Kiedis/Red Hot Chili Peppers, and many more.
Kathleen founded K21 in 2006 with a representative client roster that includes celebrities, tech companies and brands such as Ashton Kutcher, Sharon Stone’s Planet Hope, Counting Crows, Showtime, Thrive Market, Next VR, and consulting producer roles for the Netflix series, The Ranch and Peloton series, Our Future Selves with Ashton Kutcher.

Kathleen splits her time between Los Angeles and Nashville where she serves on the Board of Directors for The Academy of Country Music Lifting Lives and Thistle Farms. She has advised global technology entrepreneurs in the Middle East as part of various global tech delegations with the Aspen Institute.
